You can start a new gig by either using the "+" icon on the app bar or clicking the "Create" card on your Dashboard.
Once created, Giggable will start searching in the background for available Professionals. In the interim, our team might contact you directly to assist you throughout the process.
You will then receive an email notification when we've matched you with a local Professional.
You can then review and assign the Professional to your gig.
Once assigned, you can begin working directly with the Professional.
Payments are made through approving weekly submitted timesheets.
Timesheets provide more flexibility and traceability than traditional milestones, but they still require good communication between parties to maximise efficiency. So don't forget!

How much do Professionals cost?
Professional rates vary from A$100 to A$140. The rate you will receive depends on your specific requirements.
The rate for a Professional reflects their level of experience and performance history.
Are there any hidden fees or charges for using Giggable?
No. Giggable is free to use. You can create a new gig, for free, at any time.
Is my IP protected?
Yes. Any rights associated with intellectual property created by a Professional is granted to you, as stated in the Giggable Services Agreement.
In the absence of any specific agreement between the Professional and the Client, the Professional will grant such rights to the Client in relation to the intellectual property in the Professional Content as necessary to enable the Client to receive the benefit of the Gig.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
We use Stripe to manage payments. The fee for a domestic credit card is 1.75% + 30c. The fee for an international credit card is 2.9% + 30c.
Can I view my previous invoices?
Yes. You can view all previous tax invoices generated by Giggable under payment history.
How do I raise an issue?
In the event where you want to raise an issue with a Professional, send a direct email detailing the problem to the Giggable support team at email@example.com. They will then conduct an investigation and work with you to resolve the problem.
